Great location near hiking trails and attractions. The people were really kind. We enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful views. , it was great that the hotel had free parking, which is hard to find in this city.

The hotel was not decorated for Christmas, which was a major disappointment. , the heating system was not working in our room, so we were freezing during the night.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, the cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was extremely friendly. We also found the location in the hills above Lugano to be absolutely stunning.

And the breakfast, with delicious local products, was a highlight of our stay. Plus, there was easy parking on the street or in the garage available.

The location was a bit far from the city center, so it took some planning to get there if you didn't have a car.
